Angelica Hernández, President and co-founder, is CoSuite’s administration & finance leader. She became a master key public relations host with over 10 years experience.

She takes the important role of overseeing the healthy financial functioning operations of CoSuite and liaison between administration, marketing, operations, public relations and finance. She develops and supports the look and feel of the company.

Mr. Rafael E. Hernández has extensive experience in strategic investments. He is the visionary founder of CoSuite™. Mr. Hernández has over 20 years of experience with proven results in the commercial real estate industry. Currently, Mr. Hernández leads various initiatives in the commercial real estate space, and as team leader, he has developed high quality business strategies with short and long term objectives. He has developed a high performing managerial team to achieve goals and remain consistent with the overall strategy of his vision.

Mr. Hernández is also an active member of New World Angels (NWA), a group of accredited, private investors, operators and entrepreneurs dedicated to providing equity capital to early-stage entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Hernández is based in Boca Raton, Florida where he oversees day to day operations of his companies.

Randy Wood is an icon in the technology sector. In 1989, he co-founded Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS), a global software company that has grown into a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 publicly traded company. Citrix was originally created with the goal of developing software that enabled smaller computers to run programs that were previously only available to large mainframe systems. Citrix brought programs that were only available to a select few large companies to the masses.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Wood has been a full-time investor, involved in the financing and oversight of numerous real estate and technology companies.

Mr. Spiegel is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Amerimax Investments, LLC. Amerimax has made real estate and business investments since 2004 in Florida, New York, Georgia, Ohio and Maryland. His real estate investments include shopping centers, apartment buildings, office buildings and hotels.

Mr. Spiegel has been the owner of 55 restaurants including Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s, and Baskin Robbins.   Earlier in his carrier, Mr. Spiegel worked for several publicly traded insurance companies, where he reached the position of President. He has also invested in 12 start up companies as a member of the New World Angels.

Winner of the prestigious Dunkin’ Rising Star Award presented at their global convention in Las Vegas. He was elected to the Brand Advisory Council of Dunkin’ by his franchisee peers representing over 10,000 Dunkin’ restaurants at the bimonthly home office meeting with Dunkin’s most senior executives. He was also selected for Dunkin’s development, marketing and southeast regional Councils

Corina Hernández, Corporate Identity Director, creates a brand identity for a contemporary corporate look and feel. As our Brand Identity Director, she creates abstracts visuals that communicates relevance, feeling, and trust. Building an effective brand identity takes years of smart work and continuous customer response monitoring. Corina Hernández has over 20 years of professional artistry experience. She is a renowned photographer that has participated in many art exhibitions. Her artwork resides in collections around the world in cities like: New York, Madrid, Shanghai, Gstaad, Malta, Mexico and Florida, among others. Corina’s professional artistic experience has helped perfect her role as the Corporate Identity Director for corporate facilities such as CoSuite, PIMO Capital Management’s headquarters, and many other portfolio properties.
